I have been searching for a place to enjoy spring rolls and a vermicelli bowl without much success. I was delighted by the food at 1 Pho Noodle Grill!! The spring rolls were fresh and not overpowering with mint (which I often find in California). The meat and vegetables in the vermicelli bowl were fresh and tasty. This will now be my favorite spot to fulfill my cravings!
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was blown away by the amazing Eye Round Pho. Every bite was truly delicious. I also ordered a tasty Thai tea to accompany my meal.
I really enjoy the cold noodles at this restaurant. The menu is very traditional and simple, which I appreciate. The pho is also delicious, with a tasty broth base and fresh meats. I've tried the seafood pho and have no complaints. The spring rolls and peanut sauce are always fantastic. I recommend giving this place a try, and don't forget to grab a pastry from 85° bakery next door for dessert.
They informed me that they do not have vegetable broth available.
The staff always remembers me and offers me veggie broth with my veggie pho! They also have spring rolls with veggie and tofu. Great family-owned restaurant with excellent service!
