Tio's Mexican - Feedback

What Randy Tarmis likes about Tio's Mexican:
Excellent tacos, burritos. Their rice and beans are to die for. Taco Tuesdays is my favorite. 2 for the price of one. Reminds me of Carmen's in Azusa. They shut down about the time Covid hit. The main thing I don’t like about Tio’s is their cheap napkins and the use of can beans and that’s unacceptable in a Mexican restaurant or at any Latin food eatery.
