Bj's Brewhouse - Rancho Cucagmonga

Service was much improved on my last visit. Everything I've eaten here is pretty good, but their buffalo wings are some of the best I've ever had...

I literally give up with this place. First last week when I dined in me and my sister noticed everybody from the servers, bartenders, and even a manager coming from the kitchen chewing food several times. I pulled a staff member to the side and said are they having a potluck or something in the back everybody is coming out of the kitchen with food in their mouths chewing and he said it wasn't a potluck but they had food back there everybody was eating off of. That is unacceptable and a visit from the health department is needed because that is a violation to be eating while food is being prepared and served. Me and my sister said we would never be back but I took a chance and ordered delivery hoping that tonight they would eat om there breaks and not come out the back with food in their hands chewing while at work. Mistake. My last and final straw is tonight I ordered an Uber eats order and my bag was not sealed. I called and spoke with Gregg who assured me that it would be sealed and it came with the seal freshly torn. Now if the delivery driver tampered with it that is not at all their fault however he said there were multiple seals going front to back which I see no signs of multiple seals so if that is true they should get better seals that shows evidence of tampering because you can only see one sticker on the box that was torn in half. There is no evidence that any other seal was there. Unacceptable. Last time dining here for take out or dine in. Over it!

Food was good. Service was very slow. We all had empty drinks on the table for 20 minutes. Very loud.

This was a quick and fast experience. I got the season spicy salmon with chips. It was pretty tasty, but I wish they had more on the plate. Have some drinks and also some ice cream and fudge. It was decent, nothing to brag about. But I’m grateful. The service was good. We had an awesome waiter.keep up the good work

Went for happy hour. Great value and food was was excellent [Taste, temperature, and timely] and service was excellent as well. Avocado egg roll is amazing. Highly recommend.
