Panera Bread - Rancho Cordova

I've ordered food from Panera Bread numerous times and I've always been pleased with my experience. Everything we've tried has been fresh and delicious, and the menu has a wide variety so there's something for everyone. I especially love their broccoli cheddar soup. The bread rolls that come with the meals are consistently soft and fresh. Panera Bread is our top choice for DoorDash!

This review is for the location on Zinfandel in Rancho Cordova. The restaurant is conveniently located with plenty of parking available, as well as both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is courteous and friendly. I want to give a shout-out to the employee who assisted us with a problem; although I don't know his name, he exemplified outstanding customer service. The food is good, but we found the prices a bit high considering the portion sizes. We sampled a variety of pastries, sandwiches, soup, coffee, and tea, and we enjoyed everything. We would definitely eat here again. For coffee enthusiasts, their club offer on coffee is a great deal.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. I really enjoyed their broccoli cheddar soup, especially served in a delicious French bread bowl. The cookies and pastries were absolutely mouthwatering. Additionally, the tea had a wonderful old-fashioned English style. It's a beautiful urban area to relax with family, and I appreciated that they don't serve alcohol, making it a great spot for families with children. I will definitely be coming back here more often. I loved it!

This restaurant is quite convenient for my workplace, and I've visited frequently while working in the area. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is fantastic. There's ample parking in the shopping center's lot, and they also offer a drive-thru service.

The experience at this café was fantastic, but it has been declining over the past year. Unfortunately, they seem to get my order wrong every time. I’d love to go somewhere else, but this is the only café in my area. They consistently forget my pastry and beverage, as well as any changes I request for my sandwiches. They prepare the sandwiches exactly as they are listed on the menu, ignoring the customization options. By far, this is the worst Panera I’ve been to!
