Jack In The Box - Rancho Cordova

My daughter and I had lunch after I had fasting Labs. We ordered 3 combo meals and at the window asked if we could change the cherry coke for an order of onion rings because my wife drinks Pepsi and we would pay the difference, they said that's ok andgave us the onion rings for free. That was very nice.

Very minimal wait in drive through. Only complaint is common for all of these is the no milkshakes at some point of the night for no reason. Oh and missed Syrup on French toast sticks kinda was a waste of money.

The sandwiches were great. Breakfast platter was good cake was good. Our issue was with the service of the restaurant. We were missing all our fries and sauces requested. our dasher admitted that she had to return to the restaurant twice bc they forgot the cake and the platter the first time she went

The staff is doing their best with the resources available, but the issue lies with the management/owner. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is lacking. I ordered a fajita pita, and it was stale. I also tried the sourdough jack, and the bread was nearly stale as well. For some reason, I decided to give it another shot and ordered a basic Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, but the buns were subpar again. I understand that this is a small location and that essential supplies may be overlooked, but management really needs to improve.

The Impossible Whopper was fantastic! The patty was cooked perfectly, not burnt like some I've had before. The amount of condiments was just right for the bun. I've experienced other places where the burgers were too dry, but this one was spot on.
