We ordered a burger and explicitly told them not to put any bacon. They still have us a burger with bacon. While in the drive thru we asked them to give us a NEW burger without bacon. They took of some of the bacon and repackaged the SAME BURGER thatSTILL HAD BACON BITS. We have strict dietary restrictions against bacon. They lied and deceived us and made us eat bacon. I had the bacon ghock thick berger it was very good frys were hot service was fast for it being lunch time . I had stopped at this Carl's before will be back .
Really nice people working hard in there. Made sure to communicate well and to double check things with me. Was really polite and the good was great. Special shoutout to virginia for the great customer service. Thankyou.
The food was delicious. And the drive thru serive was excellent. The young man was so polite and nice and sweet.
I came to dine in with my daughter, and Antoine and Robert were working in the front.
