I sometimes crave a Whopper Jr, they're the best. The service was excellent, Juan was my drive thru server. He was very pleasant and fast. Plus he smiled. Thank you Juan. I appreciate your customer service. Keep smiling! S.B
1/2 hour in the drive-thru. Only for them to tell me it may take another 1/2 hour for 2 chicken sandwiches and a cheeseburger. Everyone was just standing around and the Manager just looked lost and confused. They lost my business forever. There isanother BK on Bradshaw .
Place was clean, people were friendly and helpful bit when I got home I was missing my pie and cheese Stix. Tried to call but I just get a message that says this mailbox is not accepting vm at this time. I don't drive and I threw away my receipt by thesoda machine.... : Guess it's just my responsibility to feed the hungry? Can I get sponsored or subsidized or financialbacking to support this mission? I'll do it. People can't be productive or benevolent when they are hungry or fear hunger. Dogstoo. Dog lives matter. Even bad guys matter. We all have our part in the problems and the solutions. Ordered through drive through for dinner. The staff working tonight their customer service is poor and really bad. They looked like they had only 3 staff employees working.They took forever when it came to placing the order and when it got to paying forthe meal and forever when it got to waiting so long before we finally got our order of our food. I started 7:00pm and got doneout of there by 7:45pm. I ordered for 2 people and in a drive through it's normally not that long. I seen 4 cars drive offbecause it took too long.
Horrible servicce the manager named Nikki was discusting towards us, she was so so rude, Absolutley horrible service from everyone in the resuraunt, the food sucked, it was old, they refused to make us fresh food, everything was discusting terrible,ive never met a worse person. Someone needs to be in there fixing that, the store is crazy. people cussing and joking, laughingabout me, I never got my money back. horrible
