I think all the Asian restaurants in Rancagua should be one of the most authentic and have dishes you won't find in other places (e.g. Okonomiyaki) The taste and size of the dishes are very good. The winter terrace is frozen, I recommend to take something to warm up (they give blankets anyway) The price is medium high, particularly in the suhis (I didn't eat those so I can't think). To attend this restaurant as a recommendation you have to make a reservation. The good, the attention of the staff, all very friendly and have a quick attention, the natural juice and the presentation of the dishes. The bad, the taste of ramen, is not what I expected, was unbridled, we also requested ceviche and told us that they would no longer sell it. Personally I wouldn't come back. View all feedback.

One day I said... I want to eat something authentic, something that shocks me something that makes my senses dance. And I decided to try the distinguished OKULTO Nippon dock. I attended obviously without prior reservation as always, I arrived on the 18/02/2022 at about 13:40 pm. The day was sunny, pleasant temperature, at the time of entry a young man receives me from the staff, I do not ask his name, although I admit that I should have done it amazing. I chose my table and proceeded to sit down, suddenly there comes another young man who recommends me to scan the letter and asked if I wanted something to drink for the moment, so I asked for a maracuyá mujito which was wonderful but the only detail was that the nuggets went up the bulb and got stuck but for balance in terms of their flavors were very good. He continued to see the beautiful letter with a varied and very intriguing list of delicacies. I order GYOSAS and answer the waiter that tastes the gyosa? I request a chicken and an octopus, to which he responds that there is no octopus... And he tells me the following, but we have ducks... They're not in the letter. It's new. And I couldn't refuse to taste a dish that wasn't in the letter, so I logically agreed immediately. When the request came, I was in full impact, a perfect presentation of three portions, its color, shape and fragrance were intoxicating, and that's all I'm talking about chicken gyse. I had a spice apparently proper to the local that I had a mix between nori molido, katsuobushi and a little shichimi tōgarashi gave a brutal taste only when looking at it. When I tried it and I could taste such a dish I said is perfect. When you came into contact with your tongue, a festival of intoxicating flavors began that intensified your sensations causing you to distinguish every taste, every texture, literally made me feel the skin. When they bring me the duck, the waitress leaves her carefully at the table and for a moment I was stunned with the presentation... A base of orange salsa with carrot with a magnificent color accompanied by a flower with cuts allumette of very fine bitarraga that gave a contrast of precious and good color the wonderful gyosas that were impeccable, a gold that made me think of just trying. I take the first and the taste... Now, for a second, think that in your mouth you have the holy grayal of the gyosa, that the bath of your salsa runs through the palate in a dancing way and in combination with the juicy flesh of the duck with spices achieve a unique flavor that for a second you eras them from the world and leaves them planted in the fullness. It was perfect. I closed my visit requesting the chef's Special that by name caught my attention as it was a creation of the moment. There comes a beautiful roll wrapped in fresh corvina, soaked with a delicate ponzu brush and padding with palta, panada corvina, takuan and tobiko. Also if I don't remember a bit of ciboulette. I want to clarify that this dish had a unique color, aroma and texture that had a perfect balance of flavors and resulted in a unique roll in flavor. Because of the simple fact that I'll never try it again elsewhere, I enjoyed it at 10,000 percent. The ponzu's faucet was very good with the sweet takuan. The palta provided freshness and texture along with the tobiko and the flavor of the panada corvina and the fresh one confused your mind with its balance and its unique flavor. I just thanked you for eating. Best sushi so far. I thank you for the attention and for your attractive letter. I thank the chef and his unique flavors, so I appreciate that Okulto has given me such an experience. What if I recommend it?... Of course I do!
Amazing service and great dishes. I recommend having the black brain, it's as cool as it can. requisit to the chef!
Nice place with good customer service. The portions are of great size, in the personal I did not like the taste so much however I do not completely discard to try other dishes. Please note that if you're a little late at night there might not be a few things from the menu.
