Best local coffee and food hot spot in Ramsgate Delicious food that is home made, coffee is second to non in the area. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Terrible service and we will never go back,We waited 55 mins for our breakfast for two to be served. the staff did not communicate with us at all about the delay, nor did they asked if we wanted any more drinks after we had been sitting there for over 50mins looking at a lousy car park.the staff were too busy either having a smoke break or kissing hello and chatting to their friends who popped in to say hello. Other customers were complaining about the wait, at least 2 customers did not even receive their meal at all, while the rest of their table had been delivered theirs. I have never seen such an unhappy bunch of customers before in my life at any establishment. My toast wasn't even toasted. When we paid, I mentioned that we had waited a very long time, the staff member clearly did not care at all and said they were busy. the café was not even full, I would hate to see what it would be like if café was full.needless to say we will never go back, not even for a takeaway coffee.
This little wedge of a cafe attached to Charing Cross Cuts serves a decent brew of Allpress Coffee without much of a wait.
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They are always happy to assist customers. The coffee is top-notch and the aroma of the food is quite enticing. Additionally, the juices are both delicious and refreshing.
