The two girls tonight (9/26 around 7pm) did an excellent job! They had a difficult customer with a big order, that was also arguing within the group of 3 they were in. The customers just made things awkward. I felt bad for the 2 girls I saw working. They both did a great job on being calm and cooperative with the difficult customers. When it was my turn to order. Maybe if the 2 younger females working today were paying more attention to the customers rather than their boyfriends who were in chatting with them, this place would have better service. Where was the management? Stood there and just waiting with no acknowledgment. View all feedback.
This place is so dysfunctional… never enough staff especially for lunch rush. Always 2 people working. Should have minimum 3 but more like 4. One person stays on register. Adopt the chipotle way. I was 2nd in line and got out 23 min later. 11 others behind me. The 5 online orders off to the side had first priority which is fine. But cmon people we don’t have all day. Couple people left. I imagine this store looses a couple hundred bucks each day because of this. One time my order was finished everything at the register and instead of having me pay this dude went and made 2 more on line orders. So I just sat and stared waiting for another 5 mins. Just terrible. And then of course the famous Tip screen comes up…. Yeah right.
Since the cut back sometime ago their sandwiches are really become not worth it I'd rather go to Jersey Mike's
I got to the location 20 minutes before close hoping to grab two quick sandwiches for my young daughters and the store was already closed. I guess this location doesn't want my money, and from what I have read for reviews lacks basic customer service. That's unfortunate...?
Anyone who orders via the Subway App knows you can get great deals saving you money. This location often is Closed over the lunch hour but really is open. I asked what the deal is, was told by the staff they are too busy because of the number of orders through the App so they turn it off preventing orders placed through the app. I am not willing to pay $12 for a sub, that is why I signed up for the App. The store in Anoka never does that so somedays I need to drive the extra 3 miles for lunch
