Kfc - Ramsey

The staff were not wearing gloves while handling food and were putting items returned by customers back into the main food containers, which is quite unsanitary! On November 27, 2022, at 7:02 PM, I noticed that 90 percent of the workers were touching food without gloves. This is very concerning!

Sides were good. Chicken was a bit dry and hard to eat. That was one visit. I visited again on 9/1/2022 and boy I don?t know how much worse the food could have been. I ordered a 3 pice breast and wing meal. There was barely even any chicken on anypiece. Did not ask what side I wanted just assumed it was mashed potatoes with gravy. That had some foreign object in it. Didnot eat it. All in all this place has gone down hill real fast. I will not be taking my business there anymore. I will travel toroute 23 which is significantly further for better service and food.

I ordered a bean crunchwrap, but instead received one with beef. This is not a small mistake to make.

The food was delicious, but the staff member was unprofessional and unfriendly, seeming to put little effort into their work. I gave it 3 stars because of this.

I really enjoy the crispiness of the KFC 3-piece Chicken Big Box, and I absolutely love the spiciness of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo!
