Domino's Pizza - Ramsey

If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed a $75 order and were missing the garlic bread dipping sauce and icing for the cinnamon sticks. When my husband called to inquire about the missing items, the first person he spoke to offered a refund or a free pizza for next time. However, we really just wanted the icing and dipping sauce we had ordered. The delivery driver insisted he had given the items to my husband, despite my husband's denial. After providing our address, the driver began to reconsider. My husband requested to speak to a manager, and Seth eventually came on the line. Despite our request for the missing items, Seth only offered a refund, stating that they were too busy to fulfill our order. When my husband questioned if he was less important than other customers, Seth told him to calm down and eventually agreed to send out the missing items. However, Seth's rude and dismissive attitude left a sour taste in our mouths. We have been regular customers of Domino's, but after this experience, we will not be ordering from this location again. If this is the leadership of the store, it is very disappointing.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times during my visit. The pizza and wings were consistently fresh and delicious. The delivery was prompt and they didn't forget any sauces or sides. The food was always delivered within a reasonable time frame.

I ordered my pizza from the Dominos app and after waiting for about 30 minutes, my order was still being quality checked. I called the store to inquire about the delay and was told by the person on the phone that only 26 minutes had passed. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy in their response and would have appreciated a simple apology and update on when my order would be ready instead.

In the opposite living, there is an endless number of great pizza places around. the location of this domino has been fled for many years because they know how to do it right. delicious pizza, fast, friendly service and safe, contactless delivery in practice. I wish I could post a photo, because my pizza looks fantastic!

When placing carry out don’t expect to use the $3 tip off of you order for that day but a week after and wait it expires so you have no choice but to order again so they force you to use it
