I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. My order was ready as soon as I arrived, and the bowl was packed with all the ingredients. Expect to pick up your order 20 minutes to a half hour after you place it. Can’t blame the workers, they’re doing the best they can, but like others said the location just doesn’t seem to be set up to keep up with mobile orders. This Chipotle was clean, and the food was fresh and tasty, even at 10 PM. The steak bowl was particularly enjoyable. The staff were friendly throughout our visit, and they continued to work efficiently as it approached closing time, ensuring everyone felt comfortable.
I absolutely love this location because their food is always fresh and prepared just the way I like it. It can get quite busy, but the staff is incredibly efficient and friendly, especially an employee named Megan. She was exceptionally accommodating and polite.
This restaurant is usually nice and the staff are very friendly. However, recently I have noticed that the barbacoa meat is not being separated properly and I have gotten chunks of meat attached to fat multiple times in my last 4 to 5 visits. It's quite gross and I hope they fix this issue soon. If they do, I'll reconsider my rating.
The staff at this Chipotle are courteous and quick.
