The staff are friendly and if there’s ever a problem with your order, they immediately correct it and even offer something free, like a small drink or a completely new meal, while letting you keep the incorrect order. I believe more restaurants should adopt this approach instead of taking back incorrect orders to throw away, which is very wasteful. The food at Cava is consistently fresh and delicious, and I appreciate the variety of customization options available on their menu.
