Subway - Ramseur

The staff is consistently friendly and pleasant, and they have a way of serving me quickly. However, it tends to be quite cold inside the restaurant.

Is the drive-thru speaker broken? This is the second time I've had to wait a long time before pulling up to the window to place my order. Thankfully, someone inside noticed I was waiting and informed the employee. I also placed an online order, but it took an extra ten minutes past the scheduled pickup time because they were busy and hadn't prepared it yet. It seems like they're always understaffed. Come on, manager!

When my partner and I were dining, the manager and another employee were openly discussing a fellow team member. They spoke loudly about how he shouldn't leave his backpack in the break area or do his homework during breaks. Next to us, there was just one other customer. With two employees and the manager present, it seems they should have prioritized cleanliness in the dining area instead of openly criticizing their colleague in front of customers. The pictures are from our table, and they highlight the need for better focus on maintaining a clean environment.

The ladies working there were really nice and very helpful in assisting me with my choice of sub.

This restaurant is generally quite average. However, there's a really nice girl who has been making the sandwiches lately, and her customer service is excellent when she's on shift. She did accidentally add jalapeños to my sub, though. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10.
