The bakery has a wide variety...of goods for sale and seems to cater largely to the carry-out crowd. There is an arched doorway on the east wall of the bakery leading to the cafe, where one can sit and order from a breakfast and lunch menu. The cafe is attractive; both light and cozy. The wait staff was generally friendly, and some speak English. The breakfast menu offered a variety of set breakfasts, as well as a la carte items. The meals were tasty and prepared quickly. A note about timing one's visit: one day we got there late in the morning, during an hour or so when orders were no longer being accepted from the breakfast menu and not yet being accepted from the lunch menu. The only option then was to go back into the bakery section, select pastry items from the counter, pay for them, return to the cafe, and one of the staff would then bring the items to us, and we could then order tea, orange juice, etc. to have with the pastries. There is parking by the building, but it is sometimes pretty full as the to-go customers come and go. There's another or public parking places on the north side of Im Tal road, across from the Niedermayer building. Note that as of early May the intersection of and Im Tal road was under reconstruction and required some caution when negotiating the street in front of the cafe.

The cafe Niedermayer is a combination bakery and caffe in ramsau at the intersection of in the tal street and route 305. while we were in town for a few days, w... read more The cafe Niedermayer is a combination bakery and caffe in ramsau at the intersection of in the tal street and route 305. while we were in town for a few days, we had the opportunity to visit Niedermayer several times. the bakery has a large selection of were for sale and seems to pay a great deal of attention to the delivery. on the east wall of the bakery is a vaulted door that leads to caffe, where you can sit and order from an breakfast and lunch menu. the caffe is attractive, both light and cozy. the waiting staff was generally friendly and some speak English. the breakfast menu offered a lot of breakfast sets as well as a la carte article. the meals were delicious and quickly prepared. a note at the time of the visit: one day we came too late in the morning, during an hour or so, if orders were no longer accepted from the breakfast menu and were not yet accepted by the lunch menu. the only possibility was then, back to the bakery section, choose baked from the counter, pay for them, back to the caffe, and one of the coworkers would then bring the articles to us, and we could then order tee, orange juice, etc. to have baked with the baked. there are parking spaces on the building, but it is sometimes quite full as the to-go customers come and go. there are 6 or 8 public parking spaces on the north side of the tal street, opposite the Niedermayer building. Note that at the beginning of May 2019 the crossing of b305 and in the tal street was under reconstruction and required some foresight when negotiating the street before the caffe.
