Valencia's Crem De La Crem - Ramona

Cutest little place here in Ramona. The people working always nice and accommodating whenever I and my indecisive 4 y/o come in. Some of the best ice cream i've ever tasted. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in quickly today and was happy I did-fresh homemade paletas and ice cream. We bought paletas and loved both flavors. Will be going back to try their tortas as well. Great friendly service!

I cannot say enough good things about this ice cream store. Their ice cream is the absolute best! The ladies that own the store are so sweet and the young girls that work there are the best, they are welcoming and remember what I order and have even given me a nickname, the popsicle lady, lol. I love everything about this store.

The ice cream options are incredible, and the service was top-notch. I definitely plan to return!

Additionally, the service was strange. I spoke fluent Spanish to the receptionist, but she continued to respond in English, almost as if she didn't understand Spanish. I thought maybe she truly didn't get it, but then a woman in the back came out and spoke fluent Spanish to her, and the receptionist replied in Spanish. I switched to Spanish myself, knowing she could understand, yet she still insisted on using English with me. It was definitely an odd interaction! Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
