The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. They seemed more focused on rushing through their tasks rather than providing good service. They didn't engage with customers or show any interest in their experience. The food was just put in a container without any care or attention to presentation. If I could, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. The staff working in the drive-thru have no customer service skills and constantly get orders wrong. I often request chopsticks at the window and they always say yes, but then fail to include them in the bag. It's fast food, how difficult can it be?
I decided to visit Panda Express because it had been a while since I last dined there. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and value for money. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious.
Wow, I just returned from a week-long vacation in the Caribbean. It was great to be able to enjoy delicious food at a reasonable price. I particularly loved the Beijing Beef at this restaurant. I also enjoy the beef with broccoli, as long as it is cooked just right. When it has been sitting on the steam tray for a while, the meat is tender and perfect, but if not, the broccoli can be too tough to eat.
The cashier that helped me last night, jasmine was especially rude and disrespectful to me. I asked her a question and she blatantly ignored me. I was also missing the orange chicken and chow mein food bowl I had ordered.
I love this Panda Express, the food is always fresh and delicious and you will not find nicer customer service than here! They are always cheerful and friendly.
