If you already have to pay ex... read more Ordered a kids meal with Chow Mein and Honey Walnut shrimp. Received a decent amount of Chow Mein and but only 4 pieces of shrimp. If you already have to pay extra just to simply get the shrimp then you should be getting at least a FULL portion not no4 lousy pieces. I was the only one in line too so it?s not like they were low on food or in a rush. Wouldn?t even consider thisa a full side let alone the main part of my meal. Waste of time and money.

If we crave it, we'll only go to the one in Carmel Mountain near Costco, as they always provide generous portions for the main dishes and include all the necessary sauces. We've tried the Ramona branch multiple times, understanding that places can have off days, but each time we find the main dish containers only half full. Even when we pay extra for shrimp, they arrive cold and in smaller quantities than they should be. In contrast, at other locations, we've ordered family meals that are packed to the brim. Even with the occasional coupon (which they rarely offer now), we won't continue to support the local Panda Express until they recognize the importance of providing customers with what they have paid for!

Recently, the food quality has been disappointing, but the service is good and the restaurant is clean inside. The only positive is the speed of service, but don’t count on decent portion sizes, fresh rice, or accuracy with your order. I could list more issues, but it just doesn’t seem worth it.
