Mananas Mexican Food - Ramona

I was really pleased with my experience at Mananas. First and foremost, they serve ice-cold beer! I requested a cup of ice, but it turned out to be unnecessary. While I only drink Coors Light, they also offer beers similar to Budweiser and Modelo, which I'm sure are equally cold and refreshing. I ordered the carnitas wet burrito, and it was delicious. The burrito actually contained tender carnitas instead of chunks of pork (which makes a big difference). My beer arrived quickly, and a staff member asked if I wanted chips and salsa, but I declined since I'd already paid. The food was ready within five minutes, which was impressive. I tend to order a lot of items that can sometimes lead to issues at other places, but that wasn’t the case here. Overall, I give Mananas a solid five stars for its cleanliness, cold beer, and fantastic food. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area. Thank you, Mananas!

This is my favorite restaurant in Ramona. I make sure to eat here at least once every time I come back to visit. It’s often the first place I go when I arrive in town! I have many wonderful memories here with great friends. I also bring visitors from other countries, and some of them have claimed it's the best Mexican food they've ever had. That might sound like an exaggeration, but I don’t think they’re too off-base with that opinion.

The prices are reasonable, the food is tasty, but the portion sizes could use some improvement. They offer a variety of bottled Mexican and American beers. The family-friendly atmosphere is welcoming. You order at the counter and pay upfront. There's a salsa bar available, but unfortunately, they don't have jalapeños. They've been in business here for over 17 years.

Not only another Mexican ride, the food is really good, and the staff are nice and good at their jobs. I really enjoyed it and will often go back.

Terrible experience... I will never spend a single penny at this place again. I waited over 30 minutes with $150 worth of food in my truck last night. When I approached the window, I voiced my frustration about the long wait and asked for some acknowledgment of the situation. Instead, I received a litany of excuses about why it wasn’t the employee’s fault. She even suggested that I didn’t have to buy the food. I insisted that I would purchase it, but I also made it clear that I would share my experience on every platform available to me. At that point, she told me to go ahead, but after processing my card, she warned me not to have an attitude. That’s when I really lost it. It's ironic how they become defensive after taking your money. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE, and I'll rest easy knowing that my hard-earned money won't be supporting them.
