After 3 weeks and at least as many restaurants in the area, I can say this one is the best this year. Location, view, design, service and food. It's rare for me to be enchanted in all this aspects the same evening. The park is a delight, the terrace and the garden views are magnificent. We are used to have a drink in such luxury hotel. It was my worth experience. We pay for a glass of juice with very few juice and a lot of ice cube (cf photo enclosed). We mentioned to the waitress who told it...to her supervisor. Nothing has been done to compensate us. If you absolutely want to have a drink there, ask it with no ice. We have just dinner each year in this restaurant and we have noted a notable improvement in the kitchen, with well-crafted dishes and especially made quite rare here copied. a little more professionalism in the service and the villa will be at the top. Here it is the spirit marries with a very sought after decoration, in a very beautiful quiet and wooded location, with sea views to the far terrace.A very good evening this year.
We must not read the old reviews on the restaurant because the chef has just changed at the opening in May. excellent calamars, gambas and linguini to the camarones at the bisque. very beautiful wine map at very varied prices. a very attentive, warm and professional service at a time. very beautiful dishes of service encuivre and a beautiful vauisselle. we really recommend to dine on the sublime terrace overhang surrounded by beautiful parasol pines with escaped on the sea in the background.
Very friendly setting. It's not a bad entry. Medium service.Fish properly cooked. We asked to replace the tian of vegetables with a crushed potato for health reasons (which was on the map with another dish) it was counting on supplement card of limited wines we did not take dessert
The framework is the only thing that deserves a good rating. Service not worthy of a gourmet restaurant: not everyone speaks (no understands!) English; the fish served in the last minute plate doesn't have the same presentation for everyone (I had a server with experience that brought me a well-presented plate, one of my friends a presentation worse than that of the school canteen!.) With regard to taste, the observation is desolating. a no-original card, a tuna fade in entry or a greedy gaspacho so spicy not to succeed in completing it. for the main dish the choice was a fade fish (metro or picard) with badly cooked eggplants (not to say raw) and a "black angus" very similar to a lower coast first price (viande left to half and low quality so obvious that we didn't make this dish).Bref, very disappointed!
