Worst service I've ever had, my food was ready before my drink was, not a single wet wipe after eating 2 pounds of wings, the wings were good don't get me
Great food, friendly service - not much more needs to be said. The great thing about these folk is that they will do nice crunchy wings!
I haven't been to this wild wing in a long time because the last time I was there my experience not great, but my friend and I decided to give it one more try yesterday and WOW! Ally was our server and she really pulled out all the stops to make our experience a 10/10. She was kind, quick, funny and personable. I had quite a few questions about the menu and she answered them all with no problems at all. Thanks to Ally, I can say I will happily come back again.
I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. This is the second time my mother's order was incorrect, and they did not provide the 3 celery and 3 carrots per pound of wings as advertised. We ordered 2 pounds of wings and only received 8 vegetable sticks instead of 12, and they forgot to include the onion rings in the order. This was a takeout order, and we were not willing to drive 30 minutes back and forth to have the mistake corrected. We will never order from this restaurant again. It was a rip off to pay $44 for only 16 chicken wings without any fries or onion rings. I am very frustrated.
