Starbucks - Raleigh-Durham Airport

MY FIRST TIME IN THIS LOCATION, 11:36 this morning. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE YOUNG LADY, WAS TALKING TO MUCH, DIDNT LISTEN. RUDE, NOT CARING AT ALL. I WANTED DRIP COFFEE, NO EXPRESSO, NO SUGAR. I WANTED A SUGAR FREE VANILLA SYRUP. SHE MADE THE COFFEE AND IT WASNT GOOD. I ASKED FOR ANOTHER SHOT OF VANILLA. SHE PUMPED IT ON COUNTER AND COFFEE WAS EVERYWHERE. UNPROFESSIONEL, NON CARING TO THE MAX. I ASKED THE GENTLEMAN FOR MORE OATMILK. HE PUT IT IN MY CUP. HE WASNT MUCH BETTER.PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. THE WORST OF THE WORST. IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE DONT WORK IN COFFEE SHOPS.I WILL STAY IN BRIER CREEK-STARBUCKS LOCATION.

All the employees are friendly and helpful especially Aiden, Dre, and another male staff's name started with R...(I'm sorry! . However, I can't stand the manager here (wearing glasses , he's not friendly at all and started being irritated when I asked him for some sugar to make my drink less plain. I paid for the drink and the service, but his customer service seems terrible ! What a shame for a manager acting like that.

By far the best Starbucks location I have ever been to! The staff is beyond efficient and SO friendly! I often go out of my way just to visit this Starbucks because of how wonderful the experience is. I wish all locations were this efficient!! THANK YOU for making my mornings more bearable with your outstanding customer service!!

Every time I walk into this location, the Hispanic worker Aiden is always very rude and condescending. Every time I come in with an order he is overly nice and talkative to the person in front of me but when I come, he’s not as nice or isn’t as energetic, same with the White guy that works there with glasses he’s very standoffish, and every time I come in there, they act like they don’t want to service me is it discrimination because I’m Asian and gay. I really find it to be very offensive and would expect a lot more common decency from Starbucks but maybe they’re becoming more lax in their hospitality in these next couple of months , I usually love this location but these new workers are really not nice

I used to love this particular starbucks, but lately it 's been horrible..from my drink orders being wrong, or just tasting horrible, to the service at drive thru. They are very unfriendly, seem to be annoyed when I press no tip when I 'm paying by card. Yesterday there was a white curly hair in my drink, I also ALWAYS order oatmilk because I can 't drink regular milk, but it was clearly regular milk in my drink..how do I know? I was sick all night with stomach cramps! I probably won 't be going back to this location.
