Among the flavor notes you may detect in the 75% & 90% Ecuadorian bars are hazelnut & sweet blueberry. Among the flavors you won’t encounter are sassafras & manila envelope.

Discerning palates will pick up on the taste of roasted cherries & walnuts we’re putting down in this 75% dark; 100% Dominican chocolate.

Our signature 70% Classic Dark chocolate is made from a blend of organic cocoa beans from Ecuador; Guatemala; & the Dominican Republic; giving it a well‐balanced; worldly flavor.
