The Village Deli - Raleigh

This restaurant offers an extensive menu, so chances are you'll find something to satisfy your cravings. While not every dish is exceptional, you won't encounter anything subpar either. The salmon sandwich is particularly delicious, as is the pimento cheese. The sweet potato fries are tasty, although the regular fries are just okay. The service is excellent, whether you choose to dine in or order takeout. Overall, you can expect good food at reasonable prices, coupled with great service.

Sooooo dang good. Best egg salad I’ve ever eaten best onion rings I’ve had. Fries were on point and the Philly steak was up there as some of the best I’ve had. Found this place by chance and so glad I did. Came in for a quick bite to eat and am very satisfied. After last nights expensive and disappointing dinner at ragazzis in garner this has made up for it and some. Lady taking out order was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Even let us try the egg salad before ordering. This is one of my new favorite sandwich places in the triangle

I tried the vegetarian Ruben and it was fantastic! As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I was thrilled to find an entire section dedicated to vegetarian options, in addition to all the classic deli favorites. There’s truly something for everyone here. You place your order at the counter and then pick it up. The dining area has plenty of seating. I really enjoyed my experience at this long-standing gem in the Village District.

This is a lovely restaurant. The sweet potato fries are fantastic, and the burgers are really good. The chicken tenders are also tasty, but the cornbread is definitely the highlight.

This deli is the best in Raleigh! It offers a complete menu with fast, delicious food. There’s plenty of seating, and the service is friendly. They also have quick takeout options. Highly recommend!
