Subway - Raleigh

Fair to say I was just a little disappointed. No ice in the drink machine, I mean really? How do I keep my drink cold? Next, no macadamia nut cookies. How can you be out of that delicious crumbly nectar? Heart wrenching. Lastly, after a heated debate about what sauce I should get, he still put on the wrong sauce. Not very saucy to say the least.

I arrived at the restaurant around 9 pm. The food was great and fresh, and the staff was polite. The woman working there clearly knows what she's doing - she wears gloves and a mask while preparing food. They only have indoor seating, but they also offer delivery through Doordash, although I haven't tried it yet. The service and cleanliness were excellent. Thumbs up!

They are no longer accepting coupons, but they still offer good food.

The person who made my sandwiches at this restaurant was extremely rude. When I inquired about the bread being ripped, they responded aggressively. I also had a unpleasant encounter when asking about the bread being roasted. I deeply regret visiting this restaurant and wish I had gone somewhere else. I do not plan on returning.

I always order the same thing at this restaurant, the Veggie Patty sub. One time, the staff member started making my sub as soon as I walked in, which was a bit weird. Out of the 20-30 times I've been there, I've only gotten a raw patty once.
