The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is based on my experience during this visit. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star rating. The staff member who served me this time did not take my order correctly, which resulted in a longer wait for my food due to her constant mistakes. Perhaps she was just having a rough day; who knows?
I visited this subway location with a valid coupon, clearly marked with the expiration date on the back. I ordered the specific items listed on the coupon, only to be told that it couldn’t be accepted. The employee seemed to struggle with understanding the coupon and the date on it. It was definitely not expired. Rather than honoring the coupon, as I've seen every other restaurant do in my experience, she simply dismissed it. By the time my food was already prepared, I ended up leaving without anything to eat and felt quite dissatisfied. The customer service was disappointing! I used to come here frequently, but I won’t be returning again.
Decent food clean location, but uninviting staff. The woman (short stature with short hair) was on her phone (on speaker) through the ordering payment process as well as the entire time I dined in. She didn't greet anyone that came in nor when they left and was bothered by the fact that she had to work.
This business has the wrong hours and refuses to update them, their door and online says 10p but it was closed almost 2 hours earlier. This is bad customer service and terrible management
Thw only reason why it's 2 stars because of my experience this particular time. Other than that it'll be 5. The lady that worked this particular time did NOT read my order the way I put. Had to wait even longer for my food because she kept messing up. Maybeshe was having a bad day who knows.
