I had a terrible experience at Subway on January 6, 2022. I ordered a steak cheese sandwich from their menu and later that day suffered from food poisoning. I was bedridden for two days because of it. When I reported the issue to the manager, she appeared indifferent and simply stared at me without offering any assistance. I’m left questioning why this behavior is acceptable and what solutions Subway offers for situations like mine.
I had an excellent experience with customer service tonight, April 4th at 5:30 pm. The two young men working there truly restored my faith in young employees. They were incredibly polite, eager to answer questions, and even went above and beyond for a young girl and her mother in front of me. They told the girl she was going to shine someday and engaged with her during her order. This was only my second visit, but those employees made it memorable and set a great example of exceptional customer service, which is so hard to find these days. They certainly deserve a raise!
I visited the Subway inside Walmart at 4500 Fayetteville Rd, and they didn’t have any coins. If you pay with cash, you end up being overcharged because the register can’t give change. I suggested they should put up a sign indicating that they accept cards only.
On January 6, 2022, I suffered food poisoning after ordering a plain steak and cheese sandwich. Later that day, I realized I was ill and ended up bedridden for two days. When I reported this to the manager, who was Mexican, she appeared indifferent and showed little concern. I am seeking an explanation of what occurred and what steps this location intends to take to address the difficulties I experienced.
