Sopranos Grill - Raleigh

An Italian friend of mine, who hails from New Jersey, told me that Soprano was the best Italian restaurant he had ever visited. Always cautious of such glowing reviews, I decided I had to check it out for myself. He was absolutely right! I ordered the veal parmigiana while my wife had the eggplant rollatini. Both dishes were crispy and served with pasta in a fresh, non-overcooked sauce. We will definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was casual, and the prices were very reasonable!

The food and service were excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ambiance. Since it’s a relatively new restaurant, they may attract more customers and enhance that aspect over time.

They were short-staffed with one or two waiters missing, but the team that was there worked very efficiently and professionally. Despite being short-handed, our dishes were served quickly, and the food was excellent. We truly enjoyed our meals, and both the owner and the waiting staff were fantastic. I highly recommend Soprano!

They have a wide variety of excellent food. It is well prepared, presented, and has excellent taste. The restaurant is small, but it is quiet with pleasant music playing in the background. They have wine and some beer in bottles and on tap, as well as soft drinks and tea. The staff was pleasant and attentive, which made for a very pleasant time for all. Everyone was happy with the food, and location. We will return.
