I post this restaurant because I went here before I was vegan, and it has good quality food and service. My father wanted to go to his birthday last night and I was hesitant. I was sure everything would have fish sauce in it. I called and they said they had vegan options. Vegetables were freshly served in a hot searing bowl with four sorts garnishes kimuchi, sprouts, brokkoli and spiced potato cubes.
The black noodles without meat (feeded tofu) were amazing. clean restaurant. nice staff. helpful in the exploration of vegan options
Bimbibap and blackbean noodles are the vegan options I found, but the jajamy was really good.

I called and they said they had vegan options. they only have 2 dings on the menu, but I think it is worth mentioning when they have to go with a group of people. the tofu bibimbap without ice is vegan, and the japchae without bark is also vegan. also the table comes with 6. I'm pretty sure everything except the kimchi and the makkaroni are vegan. love this place and hope that they will add more options soon!
