Rudino's Pizza & Grinders - Raleigh

First time coming here. We went for my sister's birthday and had a wonderful time. The waiter was very attentive and the food was great

Loved this place, and Kristen, our server took wonderful care of me and all my girls.

Terrible customer service. My bf and I have gotten a few pizzas here over the past year. The pizzas are pretty tasty but the service has been terrible many times. Today was bad enough that it pushed me to this review finally. After waiting for the pizza to be made, it came out with quite a few toppings we specifically asked them to hold. No one apologized in the slightest for the inconvenience of having to wait around for another 20 minutes; and when the second pizza came out still looking not quite right, the woman on shift gave us a sarcastic attitude while explaining it was indeed the correct order. Even if it had been correct finally, which it still wasn’t, that’s not how you treat customers. We drive 45 minutes to pick up pizza from this place, but after the completely unprofessional CS today and lack of attention to basic order details, we won’t be giving them our business anymore. A simple genuine apology for lack of attention to detail would have prevented this outcome.

I will never go back because of the rude and indefensible way my son was treated. My son had some minor anxiety as we were entering the restaurant. Nothing terribly out of the ordinary and we were working with him to calm down. The bartender, Chris, came over and asked us to leave in the grounds of his behavior. I find it deeply upsetting and unsettling that we were treated so rudely. This place should be ashamed. We have many other options and plan to never darken their door again.

1 Star is for the food rating, 5 stars for my waiter. I felt that there were so many corners cut on the food service. The restaurant is suppose to be known for their “grinders” but it was not something to promote. The roll was stale, chicken was definitely precooked like a “Perdue Grilled Bag”, way too much mayo and menu said “house bake chips” i was served Ruffles or Utz. First time and definitely last time.
