What User likes about Port City Java:
A good place to have coffee or tea between your classes. My personal favorite is the Chai steamer, which is a sweet milk tea with spices and the spices really add to the taste of tea. Do not hear if you have a kind of food restriction. I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk (and told the guy in the register?with oat milk? twice to make sure he heard me. When another barista gave me my drink, I noticed that oat milk was not noticed on the sleeve and asked if this was the milk that was used to check because I have a milk allergy.
