I use to stop at popeye all the time. I've stopped for a few months. I'm tired of paying $6.22 for the 3 wing snack. the wings are not even big enough to call it a wing. I refuse to pay for three wings they have to put together two to have one. the wing tips are missing. so; I feel like sometimes I get only two wings. View all feedback.

- Me? I've never given such a low rating. popeyes in garner from 401 was an extremely bad experience. it was the night team on Thursday 12-08-2022 or around 830 clock. the service was awfully slow. the food was not properly prepared and had to take it back twice. as if all those who worked there with whom I came into contact had a problem of employment. Unfortunately, this place is the only one close to me. I would not recommend going to this place, at least not in the night.
Everything is very good, food is good, staff is good, excellent customer service. My child loved eating!
Can't be bothered to fix the drive thru menu. Trying to charge people 30% more now than the menu reads, then the Mgr wants to cop an attitude about it like proud that they haven't changed it. Terrible service!!

Make sure you double and triple check your order several times, when you order, when you pay, and when you receive it. The last time I came here I ordered a mild chicken tenders family meal, and after repeating the order 3 times I received spicy regular chicken. This time when I went, I ordered a family meal, the menu outside was apparently wrong(they only offer 2 sides for 16 pc tenders not 3 like the menu says), and they took 4 different people to insist they are correct and they do not admit anything about the menu being wrong while I was reading it to them. After telling our order to 4 different people including the manager and then repeating it again 3 times at the window AND giving them our receipt back to check it due to power outages, they still got one of our sides wrong. Food was good though. Go fix your sign please.
Service was terrible, the line was long for the drive thru so I decided to go in stood there for at least 10-15 min before I was even acknowledged, they are most likely shorthanded but some one could have at least said sorry for the wait or I will be with you in a min to me and the other costumers waiting to order. Got my food and another gentleman right before me said he had been waiting for 20min, and his order was by no means a large one. Will definitely avoid this Popeyes at all cost in the future.
