The Blue Crab Beignets were also tasty, but... read more Our Market Salad was delicious, and the high point of the meal. The Duck Confit Spring Rolls were tasty, but greasy. The Blue Crab Beignets were also tasty, but don't seem like a very healthy option with all the added dough and being deep fried. The Sunday Roast was tough, so hard to chew, but we liked the accompanying vegetables. The server was very nice, but she brought our salad and 2 small plates all together, and then brought our entree around 5 minutes later. So, the hot items got cold before we could eat them. If we ate here again, we would ask the server to space out delivery of the food items. The two previous times we ate here, this was not an issue, so we did not know to request some time in between delivery of our items. However, because we are still eating outdoors to avoid covid infection, we will not be eating here again until something is done about the car and motorcycle drivers who make as much noise as they possibly can, on purpose, right in front of Plates. In fact, we canceled our reservation for this Friday at another restaurant near Plates that is also on Glenwood Ave. Something has to be done about the obnoxious and abusive extremely loud noise coming from completely inconsiderate drivers. This should not be allowed.

Tonight's pairing included five courses with different types of meats. Outstanding!
