P.f. Chang's Raleigh

We had a great time during our girls' happy hour/night out. We enjoyed sharing the combo lo mein and northern dry rub ribs, which were all delicious! In addition, our server Ron was excellent. Thank you!

We had made our reservation through Open Table, as usual. For some reason, they keep the Open Table reservations separate from the main reservation screen and can never find us. When she did, she told us they were very busy and it would probably be a 1 hour wait. Then she went to 40 minutes when I complained that I had a reservation. She kept saying how busy they were. They had people waiting but lots of empty tables. Must have been a server shortage. We ended up eating at the bar, which was disappointing. The bartender was nice and very attentive. The food was really good. But that certainly was not our plan when I made a reservation.

The restaurant was very busy and noisy. Coral our waitress was phenomenal. The meals were great tasting. Howevr the portions were small and pricey I have had better mm Mongolian beef elsewhere. Would go back however.

We eat at your Crabtree Mall location in Raleigh on 7/14/2024 the temp outside was 100+ the temp inside of your restaurant was 80+. There were a few mobile AC units in the restaurant but overall experience was not great. I would have appreciated knowing this prior to my reservation so we could eat in a more comfortable environment. Service food were on point! Take care of your staff customers by spending money on the needed repairs to your HVAC equipment! My server told me this has been an issue for a long time which is unacceptable for your staff and customers.

The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning to PF for my dining options.
