Peri Brothers Pizza - Raleigh

I absolutely love these pizzas! They are consistently delicious. You've got to try the fried eggplant on the Sicilian pizza—trust me on this. My wife, who is 100% Italian with a Sicilian mother, says this is the closest we've ever come to her grandmother's pizza.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My daughter got sick after eating the pizza, and it was quite alarming. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and inconsiderate. He suggested that my daughter's health issues were my fault and seemed angry when I mentioned I would leave a negative review. I also pointed out that the quality of the pizza was questionable, and he didn't take that feedback well. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The service was excellent, but the pizza was just okay. Some people say there's no such thing as bad pizza, but I think this one proves otherwise! Luckily, it wasn't among the worst I've had. For me, the pizza was slightly above average. I enjoyed it, and I've been there a few times, so it’s decent overall. It’s not bad!

My friend and I visited the restaurant for lunch yesterday, Sunday, February 18, 2024. I discovered the place while searching for Limoncello Cake and then checked out the reviews. My friend is a pizza lover, while I follow a plant-based diet. He enjoyed two massive slices, and I ordered the Greek salad, which was gigantic—so much so that I barely made a dent in it. The staff went above and beyond, delivering exceptional service. The music was fantastic; I’d love to get my hands on that playlist! I dream of having an entire Limoncello Cake, but, unfortunately, my waistline said a big fat NO. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a delightful lunch for two older folks trying to reclaim their groove. Peace!

Two subs cost $30! That's extremely overpriced. They claim it's for the drink and fries, but seriously, come on.
