Absolutely amazing! Our waiter, Kevin, was exceptional! Beyond his friendly demeanor and great menu suggestions, a few candid moments of conversation made us feel truly welcome and appreciated. The menu was remarkable and unique, with everything incredibly flavorful! We ordered about six items from the dinner menu along with two cocktails, and I can't wait to return to try more options! What User doesn't like about Oro:
The experience was decent, and our server Kevin was fantastic. The chicken potstickers were delicious, but the Brussels sprouts were crispy yet a bit too overpowering in flavor. Unfortunately, the truffle mac and cheese had very little taste. View all feedback.
Classy environment exquisite food service was excellent. Overall a great restaurant
Everything we ordered was wonderful and the staff was excellent. The portions are really small for the price, though.
It was real nice restaurant, contemporary. It was a more like a finger food tapas style restaurant where you share your dishes with everyone and order many dishes. We had 5 people and shared 22 dishes including dessert. The drinks were very unique, and the food was unique.
Oro has a very interesting atmosphere. We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary based on top rated restaurant reviews. We got there around 6:30, and we sat upstairs on the balcony area where the music was extremely loud. As louder groups started to come in (around 7:30) we realized why the music was so loud. The entire restaurant gives off a very loud echo from every conversation. This was our first time trying Oro, and I can’t say that we were very impressed with the food. Our server had really great reviews about the Seabass, and we tried it but I don’t think it was worth $49. We ordered a total of 7 dishes and that’s the only dish we did not finish because it wasn’t our favorite. The beet salad was good, but extremely tiny. We were warned, but I think it could have used atleast 2 more leaves on the dish to offset the amount of beets.
I dined here with my boyfriend and 10 year old son and had an amazing dinner. We shared the cauliflower, the octopus, the scallop risotto, the truffle Mac and cheese, the pork belly, and the chef brought us a complimentary short ribs for our wait which we expected on a Saturday night). We loved the chocolate dome dessert and our drink presentations. They went out of their way with presentation and the food lived up the the hype. It is a loud environment bc of the open space. But if you’re looking for an energetic atmosphere with a tapas style experience combined with fine dining, this is your place!!
