eating was pretty good, but the service was not very good. we sat for one because and had to ask the hostess to send someone to take our drinks order, they answered very rudely oh, sure then the waitress never offered drinks refills, and sat on the bar. she didn't even serve us, there were others who brought us to eat. I will say our commands were all made right and all ate everything. View all feedback.

The front of house manager, named Chris, was rude and disrespectful during our recent visit to the restaurant. Despite enjoying the food on previous visits, this time my family members received cold food and sent it back. After waiting for about 20 minutes with no sign of our food, we asked to speak with the manager. When she arrived at our table, she did not allow my family member to fully explain the issue, instead offering excuses and cutting her off. The manager even stated that she had put her hand in the food and argued with the cooks about its temperature. Despite my family member's insistence that the food was not hot, the manager continued to debate and imply dishonesty. We decided to leave and cancel our order because of her rude and unapologetic behavior. As we exited, we asked for the owner's information, which she reluctantly provided, but not before making a snide remark about "This is not Burger King." Another customer witnessed her behavior and began filming, capturing the entire incident on tape. We have no plans to return to this restaurant due to the manager's lack of understanding and disrespect towards customers, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Neutral: The service was average. Negative: The prices are overpriced. I ordered the simple fish and chips for $20, but the quality was only equivalent to Hibernian or Carolina Ale House. The portion size was much smaller compared to the other two nearby restaurants, making it not worth the higher price.
I just visited this restaurant for the first time and I was really impressed by the delicious food and the wonderful atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
The food at this restaurant was decent, but the service was lacking. We waited a long time for someone to take our drink order, and the waitress was more interested in chatting at the bar than attending to us. However, our orders were correct and everyone enjoyed their meals. On a return visit, the service was much improved. The waiter was attentive and apologetic about the limited dessert options. The food was good overall, with a minor issue of a cold dish being promptly fixed. My family and I were satisfied with our experience, leading to the same overall rating.
