My girlfriend and I met for Indian food every time she's in Raleigh. This time we were looking in a new part of town and we stumbled across this charming place with INCREDIBLE food! The flavors were so rich and complex, just the right amount of heat, and the butter chicken was to DIE for! Definitely our new go-to place for authentic Indian cuisine! View all feedback.
What Michelle King doesn't like about Milad Indian Cuisine:
Ate in and sorry that we did. Boxes stacked everywhere. Felt dirty unorganized. Both bathrooms out of order, couldn’t wash hands. No silverware only plastic and paper plates. Sanitation rating C. Brought left overs home. Plastic (not styrofoam) box melted into the food while being heated in the microwave. Chicken Korma nothing but chicken bones with small amounts of chicken. Definitely would not recommend drive on by.... View all feedback.
Customer Service:The Wilde Cook's Indian Grill went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! I ordered a nice late-night meal on DoorDash and called to verify some details about the spice level of the food. The man was extremely polite and helpful. My driver picked up my order and then cancelled it. I called the owner of the restaurant to let them know that I would place an order tomorrow since my order was cancelled after being picked up. Instead, the man offered to remake and deliver my food. He took down my address and made sure to get this to me despite my order being placed at 11pm. The driver called to let me know he was on the way and he was so kind when delivering my food. The customer service was so beyond my expectations- which is an extremely important component of a business. They are under new management and I am just so impressed. I wish this restaurant much success going forward.Food:I ordered a large white rice, a medium spicy curry chicken, and garlic naan bread. Two words: FIVE. STARS. The food is as beautiful and delicious as the photos. There is something about Indian Food from a good local restaurant. You can just taste the love and time that went into this food. The garlic naan was fresh, pretty, and delicious! The curry chicken was perfectly seasoned and so was the rice. I've been craving Indian food for a week and it definitely hit the spot! They are clearly passionate about their food AND service; the best of both worlds. If you're looking for a new Indian joint to try- these are your people. I will be ordering food again from here very soon. This is my new spot. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Chicken was spongy, and weirdly tough. Cubed up and felt like it was boiled. Sauce wasn't great either. Not inedible, but not good.Food: 3/5
Excellent food, but in the future I'll be ordering in person. My order through door dash was supposed to be very hot, but came mild.I don't know if it was an issue with door dash not trusting their customers with heat, or the restaurant, but when someone selects the hottest option, they should be expecting at least some heat.I'm curious how the other options heat level would be, if the spiciest option is mild.I've had jalapenos spicer than that.
Literally some of the worst Indian food I've ever had. We had the Gobi Manchurian, the dal makhani and the Mutton Rogan Josh. The Gobi Manchurian was small and soggy, the Dal Makhani was a strange color and smelled bad. It had a greenish tint which I've never experienced, I am almost not sure if they simply gave me the wrong dish or what? The mutton rogan Josh was the most palatable, but was mostly bones. The garlic naan tasted like it has been frozen and reheated.I rarely, if ever, leave bad reviews but I was blown away by just how unappetizing these dishes were. I had leftovers and tossed all of them, which in this economy really means something.
