I never had a problem with her pizza. I love it. I should have checked the pizza before I left. but I never had a problem. I called to see her mistake. they wanted to make the pizza. instead of apologising for the inconvenience, they called back to make sure I bought the pizza back. I'm big in customer service, maybe it was a bad night, but I didn't appreciate the service that I refunded. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Marco's Pizza:
eating is okay. I order 10 simple wings. I just got one. the kerl wanted to charge me extra for 1 more diving sauce. I also ordered to have garlic sauce crust. I didn't get that. instead I have the simple dry crust. I never go back and complain in restaurants that they do something with my food. this is my review. oh, and the young lady who took my order was super nice. View all feedback.
Pizza here is delicious! The customer service I received here terrible. I was trying to get free cheese bread with my order with a coupon I received here the day prior to this post. No one could help me and the manager was clueless as well saying that she had never been on the website, and the receipt I received was incomplete. After sometime I just let it go and ordered my pizza and left. This was my second time coming here and was let down by management. Truly sad, as I really enjoyed the pizza!

It was my first time trying Marco's. Stopped in to order a couple of pizzas. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The pizza is pretty good too. I had to figure out how to get into the parking. You have to enter next to or behind the Sheetz. At least for now as it appears they are expanding parking.Food: 5/5
