Lynnwood Grill - Raleigh

The experience was awful. The waitress hurriedly gave us our food and then disappeared. When we complained, she refused to address the issue. Even after speaking to the manager, they were unwilling to come to our table voluntarily. We had to request silverware and drink refills from other staff members. The management never offered an apology. We were given complimentary drinks to go and asked the waitress to wait for us. The prices were reasonable, but the service was extremely lacking.

It was horrible. The waitress gave us our food and ran away. We complained and she would not do anything. We complained to the manager. She would not volunteer to come back much. And we were only customers. We had to ask other employees to give us silverware. And drink refills. Management would not apologize. We got beverage to take home. For free. And asked the waitress be removed to wait on us. Prices are good value. The service is not good at all

It had been years since we last visited this neighborhood, but we decided to stop in today for a late lunch.

The buffalo chicken pizza was absolutely delicious! I would give it 5 stars. However, the hop sauce IPA was just average and nothing extraordinary.
