I recently talked to Kelly Hunter (H.R. Admin) about being double charged at their Carolina Ale House White Oak location. She was rude and dismissive. She also reassured me that this happens all the time. Did not seem concerned that their vendor (BB&T Merchant Services) steals their customers money. LM Hospitality has a marketing director that has no respect for local residents, so I will not spend my money at Henry's or Bluewater until she is replaced. Some of my friends were shocked by her behavior and language, and will now frequent other restaurants.
Always have a huge problem finding someone who can help me when I call.
Lou will steal all your staff while smiling in your face. Beware.
