I had a bad experience at this restaurant when they refused to open the door for me to place an order during their business hours. The employee at the window was very unfriendly. It's baffling why they would turn away potential customers. I hope the owner of this KFC/Taco Bell takes notice of this. Now I have to look for food elsewhere when all I wanted was KFC.
I didn't have to wait long in the drive-thru, and all the items I ordered were included in my order and correct.
My job was completely wrong. the cookies were hard as a rock. I asked for buffalo wings and got original. my icy chicken was completely wrong I asked for all dark meat and they mixed it with white meat.
Their drive thru isn't for you if you drive anything bigger than a Camry. You'll need to park and go in. Fries were salty and weird. Stale? Microwaved? I couldn't quite tell. I asked for no pickles got 3 of the biggest pickle slices I've ever seen. Food was hot. Drinks were a good mix (vs being too watery Staff members were friendly. Would try there again.
I would appreciate it if the staff at this restaurant were in better moods and had better customer service skills. Unfortunately, my order was not correct and I specifically requested tender food, but was given chicken flour instead. The service needs improvement.
