Fast forwar... read more My past experience with Iris is near and dear to my heart because I hosted my Bridesmaid’s luncheon there almost 13 years ago and it was beautiful!! Fast forward to 2018, I hosted my sister’s bridesmaid luncheon here and it was a completely different experience. Unacceptable to say the least. At first, I spoke with one of the Managers, Ashley King. She was great! Very accommodating, friendly over the phone, helpful and even allowed us to personalize our menu. Unfortunately, Ashley did not work on the actual day of our event and boy could we tell. The service was horrible. The waitress was non-existent. We had a party of nine and every time we needed assistance we had to hunt her down. The manager that day was extremely condescending and obnoxiously fake and offered a lot of lame excuses. It just was not what we expected at all. And honestly, I was extremely disappointed in myself and a little embarrassed for recommending this place to my sister. I had very high expectations due to my experience 13 years ago. So if you decide to host an event at Iris, please do not go in having any expectations because it’s extremely possible that you will be disappointed.

The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. The food is outstanding, though it is on the pricier side. The restaurant is located just inside.
