This restaurant on Highway 55 follows social distancing guidelines. The tables and booths were spaced out to ensure that customers were not seated too closely to each other. The servers greeted us promptly and were consistently polite throughout our meal. Our food was served quickly and was still hot. Sat here for 10 minutes with zero service but 5 employees who can walk by and not bat an eye. Teamwork doesn't seem apparent. Not as busy as usual but the tables seated after got quick service than compared to me. I chose to sit at the bar as I was alone but apparently I should have chosen a table for prompt service. Food is great but service is lacking. I would recommend ordering food to go. View all feedback.
Just over to get a milkshake and the service was excellent. Three different employees asked me if I had already been served (I was served as soon as I was ready to order) and the chocolate banana milkshake I got was delicious. The lady who took my order was very nice and fast with the milkshake. I don't know about the din-in experience, but if you get a to-go order, this place has definitely hit the rest of the food dish regarding quality. And service.
Great food as always. But this 8 cheesesteak??? Is at BEST 6 , closer to 5 . This is such a ripoff. Nobody remembers when subway was sued over this same exact thing? Just be honest with your advertising so you're not misleading customers.
Burgers, fries and philly cheese steak was very good. I would recommend eating their and I will definitely eat their again. Didn't get a chance to taste the milk shakes, but that is next on my list. Service was pretty awesome as well. Really appreciated the cook. When he saw that the hostesses were busy and my food was ready to be served, instead of letting my food sit there till they were unoccupied, they proceeded to bring my food to me hot and fresh off the grill. 5 stars for that!!!! I really appreciated it...

The tots were the only high point! The place was nearly empty so you would expect everything to be fast. The server was not very pleasant. Not sure if it was the small order we had or something else, but the food took a good long time. My tots were great, the hotdog was cold. It was quieter in there that the food court so that would be the only reason to go there. It didn't feel like a sit down experience should.
