Fantastic burgers and amazing fries served in huge portions. The service is quick and the dining area is spotless. It is slightly pricey for fast food, but you definitely get your money's worth. I don't visit often, but when I do, it's usually because I'm in the mood for something hearty and indulgent, and I mean that in a positive way. View all feedback.

Screwed up my order today around 1:30 went back in explained my order wasn't correct. Didn't have time to wait to have it made over. Black female threw her hands in the air and asked why did I come back in to complain.. No apology for messing up my order. Poor customer service I will never eat here again nor will my friends and family.. ?? View all feedback.
One burger was supposed to have no mushrooms, but it arrived loaded with them instead and came without any scabs or ketchup. The other burger had lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, and jalapeños, but it was served with extra pickles that weren’t ordered. The fries were overcooked and lacked seasoning. I also noticed some hygiene concerns: one employee went from cooking to handling brooms and vacuum cleaners, only to return to the kitchen without changing gloves or washing their hands. Another staff member was snacking on fries while working. The lighthearted conversations among the staff were audible to guests and felt unprofessional. Overall, I strongly recommend you avoid this location if you're hoping for good customer service and quality food. You’d be better off getting your burger elsewhere.
I'm a 61-year-old disabled veteran, and I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a veggie sandwich that came packaged in a salad. When I tried to sit down and eat, I was harassed by a salesperson named Anastasia. She demanded that I leave and even tried to take my food away. This type of behavior is unacceptable; I don’t plan to return to this establishment. My granddaughter used to work here, but the entire crew approached me in an unprofessional manner, which was distressing for a disabled veteran like myself. I ended up calling the police and couldn’t enjoy my meal at all. I strongly recommend looking for somewhere else to eat, as the food was poorly prepared, and there were no utensils provided since everything was in a salad container. The whole situation was exacerbated by a worker who was shouting.
The fries were generally good, but they were a bit too spicy. The burgers were just average—nothing special. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
This location has the best employees! kevin was so friendly and attentive. the good was great too!
The very worst experience. The store is incompetently run. I arrived at time it indicated food would be ready. I did not get my two hamburgers and fries until ~27 minutes later. While waiting people who ordered in store received the food before mine was ready. At one point I asked where my order was. And the guy at the fries station said it was being made at that time. He went back to finish other customers orders. Meanwhile at some point the guy finished the hamburgers and put the bag with two hamburgers on the shelf above the fries station and did not tell the guy at that station they were there. Ten minutes later (not knowing the above), I asked where my order was. He found it at that point above the station. He takes it down and puts some fries in a container and a little more in the bag. Then places it on the counter. Looks like he's waiting for more fries to be finished.. After a few minutes, he leaves and is gone for 3-4 minutes. Possibly to the bathroom. He comes back and the fries are still not ready. About two minutes later, the guy who originally made the hamburgers looked in the bag and then picked up the fries scoop and got all the scraps of fries (which had been laying there for who knows how long) and puts them into my bag. He then seals up the bag with the red circle sticker and hands it to me. If that was all that was going to be done, I should have received my order 7-10 minutes prior. I would have saved time and had warmer food. When asked about this, the people there looked confused as to what they did. There are no standards or practices to ensure the orders are timely done and correctly done at this location. I will never go back to this one and highly unlikely to ever go back to another Five Guys. Pleas share with the corporate office. They can respond back to me if they want more clarification. If not, I'll consider them just as incompetent and the example they set at their stores!
