What John McCoy doesn't like about El Caracol Mexican Grill:
Food was good however service was poor.1. No drinks for kids.2. Waitress sat us down. We had to ask for napkins.3. Waitress brings food, no utensils.4. Here come the utensils, but one grouping had a spoon, that was it5. Atmosphere not good. Friday night, 7:00, only one person inside eating.6. During our visit the waitress was super and the food wonderfully tasty.
Customer service was great. I enjoyed a passion fruit margarita with sweet fruit and an umbrella to top it off. So good! The food came steaming hot and delish.
Good food, great place but stay away from Leo, he forget bringing things to your table. a lady there she's great. beside Leo, yes I highly recommend this restaurant.
Service was fantastic the food was superb. Definitely will be back soon
