This place has a great variety of vegan comfort food. I have had the Buffalo wings, tostones and Mac and cheese, and would get all of them again. The tostones are fine by themselves, but the sauce they come with is incredible—I recommend getting an extra sauce to add to any salad or sandwich at home! The loaded nachos were far from "loaded," the pico de gallo lacked flavor, and the guacamole tasted like plain avocado—plus we received only a tiny scoop. The empanadas were mediocre at best and not something we would seek out again. The Hempe tacos were quite small, and the seasoning on the tempeh was unusually sweet and not enjoyable. Absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere with spaced out tables and great decor, the food is very fresh, and it is not a long wait for your food either. The Horchata is a must for a drink. We ordered the special appetizer which was Papas Locas, and it was an amazing start to the meal with the fresh pico de gallo, impossible meat, and a terrific homemade garlic sauce. The entrees were the BBQ arepa with yuca fries, which was all blessed with flavor, and then the open face Impossible Patacon with Mac n cheese on the side. The Mac n cheese was creamy and delicious. The Patacon is a must try for anyone who enjoys Patacons or who has never had one. Highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed!

Tried this hidden gem for the first time, and the food was so delicious. Will definitely come back, and recommend to friends. Cauliflower wings, and veggie empanadas was the best.
I love Earth to Us! The Hempe Empanadas and side of black beans is my go to to get a bump of protein for the day. Really nice staff and welcoming environment. Highly recommended!
We absolutely loved the food and the folks who run the place. Homemade horchata, buffalo cauliflower, chickpea salad soooo delicious. Not greasy, healthy, great flavor, etc etc
