**A Culinary Gem in Downtown Raleigh: A Night Out at Clouds Brewing**
Nestled in downtown Raleigh, Clouds Brewing offers a vibrant atmosphere complemented by a diverse beer selection and a menu that showcases both hits and misses. Patrons rave about standout dishes like the cauliflower bites and fried chicken sandwich, while others noted inconsistencies in food quality, such as overcooked fish tacos and lackluster salads. The service appears mostly commendable, with knowledgeable staff eager to recommend beer pairings. While some past favorites are no longer featured, a lively ambiance, including special deals and live music, makes it a solid choice for a casual meal or a night out with friends.

Such a lovely place! It was so open and located right in downtown Raleigh even on a Saturday they had a $15 pitcher special which was a fantastic deal (about 4.5 beers worth)…great music, kind bartender, and delicious house beer and unique seasonal selections as well! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. View all feedback.
What MJ Worldwide dislikes about Clouds Brewing:
My wife was very happy with the **** Mary bar. My ipa was super mediocre. All of the beers had average or below average ratings on Untappd. The fried pickles were good. Sauces were watery. Pretzel was good but had a ? frozen ? not fresh taste .Overall, no desire to come back. View all feedback.

We are going around the Triangle breweries. Clouds is in the list. We made it just about when they were closing. Their craft beer selection is diverse and it’s quite good. I would recommend going for the food too, it’s got a great selection ofboth. Definitely worth the visit at any time of the day, just be weary for a alcohol place it closes way to early.

I’ve been here several times and always had a positive experience. Off the main strip so much more calm and pretty good hours. Wonderful for groups. Open and spacious with plenty of outside seating. Friendly staff with good food! A great spot. I highlyrecommend.
Clouds brewing is exactly what one wants in a restaurant brewery. First off let me recognize Raven, our server, for being attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. He checked on us regularly, gave incredibly insightful recommendations on bothdrinks and food, and made us feel at home in a restaurant. Secondly, I’d like to touch on food itself. The Cauliflower biteswere excellent, recommended by Raven. My wife enjoyed her vegan burger, while I had a very well prepared fried chicken sandwich, also recommended by the legend himself. Both were of excellent quality and presented well. Lastly, the beer, and this is wherea Knowledgeable server comes in handy. My wife said she liked blue moon so he gives us two options they have most resemblingwhat she likes. He brought one of the most delicious beers we’ve ever had. Something mango, I’m not a drinker sounfortunately the type of beer evades my memory. In an attempt to keep this from becoming a novel, I’ll finish by saying wereally enjoyed Clouds Brewing. I think the quality of their service and food is the best in the area. The beers great too.
I've visited this restaurant several times and have consistently had a great experience. It's located away from the main strip, which makes for a more tranquil atmosphere, and they have pretty good hours. It's an excellent choice for groups, featuring an open and spacious layout with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious! Overall, it's a fantastic spot, and I highly recommend it.

I was in town for business and set our to find some breweries. This gem was a 15 minute walk from the State legislature offices. I went with a 4 Oz beer and their loaded baked potato soup. Yea I'll be back.
Big shout out to the team working last night and special thanks to Danielle for making it happen! She was able to accommodate a reservation for forty-two people with only one day of notice. We are in town for a soccer tournament and had an amazing evening with lots of great beer and food. Awesome space and excellent staff across the board. I highly recommend that you go and check this place out.
We enjoyed coming here pre-COVID when it was a German menu and they had the self-serve beer--no longer. Food was so-so to terrible. The pesto chicken was blah. The mushroom swiss burger was good. Two of us ordered the grilled salmon. We both started laughing when it arrived because it was so small it looked like a TV dinner. It was cooked til it was tough like cafeteria fish.

This is a fantastic place in downtown Raleigh! They have an impressive selection of craft beers available both on tap and in bottles. The patio is perfect for enjoying drinks on warm spring days. I ordered a flight of four 2.5 oz beers crafted by Clouds, along with a burger and fries, and my total came to $25, which included a generous 23% tip. The beer is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the food is top-notch. I highly recommend this spot to everyone!
This brewery has a great vibe, featuring a spacious central bar and ample seating surrounding it. With numerous TVs, it's an ideal spot for sports lovers. The beer we tried was really good, and the bartenders were attentive and friendly. The food was also excellent. If we find ourselves in Raleigh again, we’ll definitely return to this place.
The food and the beer selection are excellent. It is a great spot to mingle with friends and have a good time. This was my first time in the Raleigh location, and I wasn’t disappointed. I would love to be back!
So tasty! We got the chicken sandwich and pulled pork plate. We were satisfied with everything, including the drinks. Great portions. The spinach dip was tasty too. Would definitely go back! My only criticism/suggestion is that I wish there was a pulled chicken or non-fried chicken option.

I had a fantastic experience with excellent service! The food was delightful, and the atmosphere was, as always, wonderful!
The service was excellent and friendly. The food was good, but nothing particularly outstanding.
If you visit during the colder months, I recommend not sitting at the table by the front door. However, during the summer, you should be fine there. I gave it 5 stars for the food.
This was a last minute needed at 6:00 on a Saturday night and we could make a reservation. The staff was friendly. The food was very good. The atmosphere was great. When I come back to Raleigh, I'll visit again.
Definitely get a burger, they are huge and so filling! The drinks are perfectly named and so delicious too. We were there before saint pattyâs day so it was a little loud but it is huge inside and the service is very fast so we have no complaints. 10/10 would recommend eating and hanging out here
