Chipotle Mexican Grill - Raleigh

They literally do not care, this is how i received my burrito. they put it down as a bowl which it 's obvi a burrito so i 'm not about to go to chipotle about the issue. so disappointed

To be honest, just a nightmare here! Someday a child came in and didn't wash his hands after smoking. go to take my order while on a phone call with its airpods to not listen to a word I say. I'm asking for a little hot sauce, as he pours a whole pan full. has turned sideways. I order a lot from here and it seems that the service will always decrease. rude manager and terrible customer service.

Very disappointed by my experience here. this location clearly does not adhere to the standards of the chipotle. guacamole was gray, salat was wild, from acidic looked. the hired people have not taken care of throwing the food in sloppily at all. the load was dirty and had no one there on Tuesday at 19 o'clock. will not be here again.

What a disappointment! I haven't been to a Chipotle for a while and was looking forward to lunch today. Stale, tasteless chips that were being packaged up in the dining area, tasteless guacamole and the line where they prep your food was dirty. And they had only been open for 15 minutes. Dirty floors and tables. What a waste

Do not order from this location!!!!!!!! I love chipotle but this location has serious management issues. My mobile order last night was ready 40min late. I watched 20+ customers go through the store in the time I was standing there waiting. THEN when I finally got home, my burrito bowl was only two ingredients: rice and salsa. Absolutely unbelievable!
